What you will do in this role:

Provides supervision and support in all areas of the assessment department and function to assigned group of Springstone facilities and Directors ofAssessment.Assists in the recruiting, screening, hiring, and onboarding on Directors of Assessment within assigned group of Springstone facilities.Partners with facility CEO to ensure Directors of Assessments are meeting all goals and objectives assigned.Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations.Assists in hospital level staffing management with oversight of clinical efficiencies, helping to meet hospital budget benchmarks.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in social work, counseling or related field required or licensed degree per state of practice guideline, Previous management experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience working in assessment for chemicaldependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric and geriatric patients. Must have strong clinical assessment skills.Current unencumbered clinical social work, counselor or RN license or per state requirements. Valid driver’s license and a favorable MotorVehicle Report (MVR), along with proof of insurance when using own autoCPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days.
