This position oversees the development and distribution of field operations and client reporting across all business units, focusing on providing value for Anderson, retailers, and our clients.Reports directly to the VP of Business Operations and Analytics.
What would you do in this role?
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Collaboration:
• Participate in the onboarding of new accounts to understand KPIs and reporting requirements.
• Provide recommendations for activity planning to ensure successful execution of service merchandising activities.
• Share knowledge and insights on trends and best practices across all accounts, categories, retailers, and markets.
• Continuously develop and train the analyst team for future growth.
• Collaborate with labor planning department to analyze resource deployment and forecast accurate future needs for individual territories and markets.
Execution:
• Develop, oversee, and improve daily operations, policies, systems, and procedures to support reporting needs.
• Manage the performance of the Analytics Team through assigned metrics and scorecards.
• Align department goals with processes, IT systems, and other departments to support Field Operations and Client Services Account Team.
Reporting:
• Oversee timely and accurate reporting and dashboards for all clients.
• Provide supplier, retailer, and category insights based on field execution and sales metrics.
• Develop and disseminate metrics/KPIs to measure the quality and effectiveness of field execution processes.
• Develop, validate, and implement analytical models, tools, and techniques to advance reporting capabilities.
Quality Control/Process Improvement:
• Develop analytics Quality Assurance drivers to identify program jeopardies or improvement opportunities.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
• Explore new technologies to enhance reporting and analytics services.
• Define and maintain exception management processes.

Prerequisites
Include, but are not limited to:
• Education: Undergraduate degree required; business-related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum five years of work experience, with three years in statistical analysis, project management, or reporting.
• Management: Minimum three years of management experience preferred.
