Equitable is seeking a strategic, Director of Analytics leader to drive data-driven decision-making for our Wealth Management and Group Retirement businesses. This role involves a balanced focus on strategic leadership and hands-on analytics execution. Working closely with the Business and Marketing, you will be a trusted advisor, shaping business strategy, uncovering opportunities, and delivering high-impact analytics solutions to enhance advisor engagement, client acquisition, and marketing effectiveness. This is a hybrid/flexible role out of our New York City, NY office with a blend of in office and remote work.

Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the Marketing Senior Leadership Team, Head of Data, Head of Insights, and Head of the Data Analytics Insights Group to align analytics with broader data, research, and insights strategies.KPI Development: Define and implement key performance indicators and measurement frameworks to track success and drive decision-making.Data Storytelling: Develop compelling dashboards, reports, and presentations that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.Analytics Leadership: Lead initiatives in marketing measurement, predictive analytics, and segmentation modeling to optimize business strategies.Mentorship and Advocacy: Mentor team members and advocate for analytics adoption to enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization.Who You Are

The base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
