We seek an AI Product Owner with strong software delivery and marketing expertise, especially in adtech and martech. In this role, you will guide cross-functional teams from concept to launch and ensure our products lead the market in innovation, performance, and customer value. **Responsibilities** + Own product vision, strategy, and backlog for AI-driven marketing solutions + Champion innovative use of AI in audience discovery, campaign optimization, and personalization + Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver products that balance business value, technical feasibility, and customer delight + Drive product planning, requirement gathering, and cross-team communication to ensure effective execution + Assess market trends and evolving technologies (e.g., Amazon Marketing Cloud, data clean rooms, Databricks) to keep our offering competitive and forward-looking **Qualifications** + Experience delivering successful software products in adtech or martech + Knowledge of audience creation, identity-based marketing, or clean room technologies + Familiarity with DSPs, social ad platforms (Amazon DSP, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, GWI), and/or data lakehouse platforms (Databricks, Snowflake) + Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex AI concepts to a business audience + Track record of integrating AI into marketing workflows, from personalization to large-scale campaign orchestration **Nice to Have** + Hands-on exposure to AI co-pilots, generative content, or real-time bidding optimization + Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AWS Clean Rooms, or other data collaboration tools + Understanding of data governance and privacy regulations in advertising (GDPR, CCPA) + Background in scaling AI-driven solutions (e.g., large language models, advanced ML algorithms) + Prior leadership in managing cross-functional product teams, including data scientists and ML engineers **Additional information** **Benefits of Working Here:** + Flexible vacation policy; time is not limited, allocated, or accrued + 16 paid holidays throughout the year + Generous parental leave and new parent transition program + Tuition reimbursement Corporate gift matching program + Pay Range: $185,000 - $250,000 The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient.
