Kforce's client, a global leader of hardware and software in its industry is looking for a Director of Accounting in Teaneck, NJ. If you want to drive automation and lead month end close with an accounting function/team, this is the role for you. This role reports to VP Finance. Duties will include: * Leading month end close * Preparing financial statements * Managing accounting team * As a Director of Accounting, you will lead financial process design validation and implementation * Lead financial process automation * Ensure SOX compliance overall * You will ensure accuracy of accounting by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions * Monthly reconciliation and analysis of accounts
