The Director - IT - Supply Chain - SAP will play a critical role in leading the organization through a transformative journey from Oracle R12 to SAP S/4HANA. This position is a cornerstone of the company’s digital transformation strategy, tasked with driving efficiency, collaboration, and innovation across Configure-to-Order (CTO) and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) processes. The position will lead the development of a global SAP design, partnering with business functions, affiliate companies, and external consultants to define and execute a clear and actionable roadmap. The ability to influence and inspire change will be essential to work to eliminate inefficiencies and optimize business processes while fostering adoption of modern ways of working. A strong understanding of supply chain planning, direct material purchasing, inventory management, cycle counts, and physical inventory is a must to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions with core business operations. What you will do:
Program Leadership Spearhead the SAP implementation program, transitioning from Oracle R12 to SAP S/4HANA Collaborate with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and consulting partners to define project scope, timeline, and deliverables Develop and manage a detailed roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives Business Engagement Lead cross-functional teams to document As-Is user stories and perform Fit-Gap analysis for all relevant processes Serve as the primary IT liaison for business process owners and affiliate companies Navigate legacy mindsets and foster an environment of openness to change, encouraging adoption of efficient processes enabled by SAP Team Leadership and Collaboration Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT Business Analysts and Business Process Owners Establish strong partnerships with consulting firms to ensure the successful delivery of design and implementation activities Act as a collaborative leader to align diverse teams and priorities Process Optimization Identify inefficiencies and waste in Configure-to-Order (CTO) and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) scenarios Collaborate with business and technical teams to redesign processes, leveraging SAP capabilities to enhance productivity Ensure the design of scalable, flexible, and sustainable processes that support global operations Supply Chain Expertise Leverage sound knowledge of supply chain planning to design robust solutions Oversee integration of direct material purchasing processes with SAP modules Ensure inventory management processes, including cycle counts and physical inventory, are optimized and aligned with business requirements Drive improvements in forecasting, procurement, and material management workflows Change Management and Communication Champion change management efforts to drive adoption of SAP S/4HANA across the organization Develop and execute communication plans to engage stakeholders and ensure transparency Provide regular updates to executive leadership on progress, risks, and opportunitiesWhat’s in it for you:

Work visa sponsorship of any kind is not available for this position Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred) 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a focus on ERP implementations Proven track record of leading large-scale ERP transformations, specifically transitioning from Oracle R12 to SAP S/4HANAPreferred Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, with a strong focus on Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules Familiarity with Configure-to-Order (CTO) and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) processes Expertise in supply chain planning, direct material purchasing, inventory management, cycle counting, and physical inventory Understanding of Fit-Gap analysis, process mapping, and best practices in ERP design Experience developing and executing change management strategies Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiencesBenefits:
