What Will You Do?

Provide professional and disciplinary leadership within the CIO organisation.Report directly to the Head of IT, Germany, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.Drive the agile transformation across teams, achieving full implementation of PI-Planning across all IT areas.Manage and control IT projects in an agile environment, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.Plan, manage, and oversee personnel resources, operating materials, and budget allocations for your area.Continuously improve existing IT processes and develop optimisation strategies.Deliver architectural consulting and design in both projects and operations, leveraging cutting-edge technological trends.Collaborate closely with Business, Infrastructure, Compliance, HR, and Legal teams to ensure cohesive operations.Represent projects and initiatives in steering committees (Steercos) and client-facing activities.

What You Will Need to Have

A relevant degree and at least 5 years of experience as a manager in an agile environment.10+ years of experience in the technology sector with proven expertise in:Team leadership (managing 5–10 employees).Payment transactions, issuing, and acquiring environments.JAVA technologies and software development processes.Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven, results-oriented approach.Comprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Exceptional communication skills (written and spoken) in both English and German.Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and collaborate across diverse groups.A structured working style, coupled with strong organisational and analytical skills.Social competence, empathy, and team spirit to inspire and lead effectively.
