**96060BR** **Job Title:** Director Investor Relations **Department/Function:** Investor Relations **Job Description:** **Director Investor Relations - Chicago, IL** **Job Summary** + This role will work directly with the VP, Investor Relations as a part of a high impact team. Responsible for exceptional execution and cross-functional collaboration to drive and enhance signature Investor Relations processes, like quarterly earnings call preparation, and supporting the enablement of next-generation IR tools. Represents ADM to institutional investors and the broader financial community, helping to articulate ADM’s financial performance and strategy. Engages with both external and internal constituencies, including senior executives, routinely demonstrating a strong analytical, finance, and communication acumen. **Job Responsibilities** + Lead cross-functional effort to develop best in class investor relations deliverables to educate and update investors about the Company’s strategy, operational execution, and performance + Act as a point of contact for sell side analysts, as well as existing and potential shareholders + Coordinate all aspects of the quarterly earnings call process including prepared remarks, presentation slides, Q&A, and related SEC filings + Collaborate closely with corporate communications, financial reporting, legal, sustainability, and executive team members to ensure that all company communications are integrated and consistent + Support the broader IR effort to identify, engage, recruit and retain investors through routine share ownership analysis, peer benchmarking, and investor targeting analysis + Support preparation and coordination of company participation in sell side conferences, non-deal roadshows, individual meetings, and site visits by analysts and investors to company facilities + Track and provide insights to executive leadership on key developments, bringing industry, competitor, and valuation information and perspectives from capital markets to senior management + Coordinate periodic surveys of analysts and investors to gain systematic insight on investor and analyst perceptions about the company **Job Requirements** + Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. + Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in a operationally complex global organization. Ability to quickly pivot to rapidly changing business conditions. + The successful candidate will be a multifaceted professional with a strategic mindset and strong financial acumen, with experience in preparing financial reports and presentations for investors **Preferred** + Master's degree in finance or a related discipline Location: Chicago IL (in-office leadership presence required) Excited about this role but don’t think you meet every requirement listed? Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors. The pay range for this position is expected to be between: **:** $174,000.00 - $324,000.00 **Salaried Incentive Plan:** The total compensation package for this position will also include annual bonus and a long-term incentive plan
