DIRECTOR HQ SALES & MARKETING
Job Posting **Overview** The Director Sales & Marketing is a strategic leader with financial and operational expertise to lead Customer Headquarter Sales and Customer Marketing business teams at CROSSMARK for our clients. As a client owner, this role is expected to deliver consistent experience and outcomes and develop win/win solutions for both Client & CROSSMARK. The Director Sales & Marketing is the key connection to senior Client leadership at the respective client with a strong ability to influence/lead both internal and external stakeholders. **Responsibilities** + Coordinate annual planning process with the BI/Insights lead and the Client + Lead delivery of forecasting and revenue targets + Execute planning process and ensure we are delivering against client objectives + Measure and communicate performance + Lead HQ team calls, drive alignment + Lead CROSSVIEW business process + Performance management/training of the BAM’s + Work w/ VP/MD on HQ expansion opportunities + Coordinate with the field where issues/opportunities exist + Accountable for trade fund allocation & management + Ensure BAM’s are linking customer strategy to client strategy to find mutually beneficial solutions. **Qualifications** _Education_ : Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four year university. _Experience_ : Functional experience in sales or marketing for a minimum of 8 years with experience calling on a major chain customer is preferred. _Physical Demands_ : None _Specific Skills_ : Excel, Power Point, working knowledge of Nielsen and syndicated data sources _Special Skills:_ Demonstrate effective people skills. Must possess strong collaboration and influencing skills. Ability to be a clear communicator, strategic thinker, and problem solver. Must have ability to effectively prioritize demands and delegate effectively. _Supervisory Responsibilities_ : Oversee Business Account Managers _Working Conditions_ : Office & Field environment _Travel Requirements_ : Varies, 30% _Language Skills:_ English is the primary language skill, however, bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.
