About The Role The Grower Relations Director will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of all aspects related to the sourcing and procurement of grapes from third party growers across Treasury Americas. This executive role involves developing and executing comprehensive enterprise-wide strategies for securing fit-for-purpose grapes, fostering strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and grower partners, and providing leadership to the entire Grower Relations organization across the Americas to support our ambition to be the world's most desirable luxury wine company. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership and Vision: Design, develop, and drive implementation of strategic plans for grape sourcing and business growth objectives. Establish and oversee governance grower contracts while aligning with corporate strategy and risk management policies. Also, direct the annual strategic review of the grower portfolio. Grower and Stakeholder Management: Foster and maintain strategic partnerships with key grower partners, industry leaders, and internal stakeholders. Provide resolution for complex strategic issues related to grower partnerships and develop, implement, risk management strategies for grape sourcing across the enterprise. Lead cross-functional collaboration with Winemaking leadership, Production executives, and other key stakeholders to drive strategic alignment to build and maintain strong relationships with growers. Work closely with the Contract Management team to ensure timely and accurate execution of contract documentation. Including grower crop estimates and contract information in TWE Systems are accurate. Develop working relationships with counterparts from other regions in the business (ANZ, Europe, etc.) for knowledge exchange and process improvement Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and supply-demand dynamics to make informed sourcing decisions. Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance while driving success to the Grower Relations team and your direct reports to ensure appropriate career development. Sustainability: Work with internal and external stakeholders, the grower community at large to develop and implement Treasury Americas Grower sustainability strategy in support of company goals and targets. Health & Safety: Adhere and promote all safety standards and requirements applicable to Grower Relations including safety-related activities and training. About You + Bachelor’s degree or higher in Viticulture & Enology, Agriculture Business or related discipline. + 10+ years of experience in wine, agricultural, food and beverage or related industry + You have proven experience in sourcing grapes, or agricultural products, with strong negotiation skills + You are a strategic thinker, using data and market insights to balance short- and long-term decisions + You demonstrate excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. + You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. + You demonstrate the ability to proactively manage conflicting priorities of a large organization. + You demonstrate a business acumen and strong understanding of business drivers + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Power BI experience a plus. Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $124,000 to $167,000 per year. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of Napa, CA. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
