As a part of the Corporate Treasury team, the Director of Global Treasury Operations leads the Global Business Services transformation initiative for Treasury, the strategy for treasury functions within the global operating model and the delivery of treasury process and services. It is a unique opportunity to be an integral member of a global corporate finance organization, and a leader of a high performing, international team of finance professionals. Typical internal customers include the Vice President & Corporate Treasurer, Assistant Treasurers, Regional Treasurers, Global Business Services leaders and global business unit leaders

Expert level knowledge of planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short-term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan Expert knowledge in organizational leadership and leading diverse teamsExtensive customer and market focusExpert knowledge in financial markets, specifically the knowledge of products, competitors, customer base, major issues and regulatory considerations as well as the ability to apply financial market knowledge to various business environments.Expert knowledge in treasury operations principles and methodologiesExpert knowledge in the principles and methods of managing treasury, ability to utilize these tools and techniques to maximize the value of an organization’s financial assets and revenue while minimizing riskExtensive experience in techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that bring about resolutionsTop Candidate Will Also Have:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, insurance or business administrationExperience in finance transformationStrong analytical and communication skills as well as personal computer expertiseDemonstrate initiative, leadership, judgment, and decision-making skills The ability to prioritize workflow and accomplish tasks across the organization through collaboration and delegationExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partnersDemonstrated commitment to ensuring a strong compliance culture (organization, policies and procedures) highly desiredProven track record of demonstrating courage and emotional intelligence, including a high level of responsibility, initiative and stress toleranceAdditional Details:
