ISC Director Finance (Site leader for GFC ISC finance)

Responsibilities
· Provide strategic insights @ enterprise level on all aspects of Integrated Supply Chain and a thought leader in contemporary finance tools.
· A courageous business leader driving business results with conviction and partnering with diverse business portfolios and models in promoting short term and long-term operating plans.
· Manage 50+ diverse Supply Chain teams with strong focus on team management, functional transformation and drive multiple organizational objectives in areas of global process standards deployment, business process transitions and special projects during M&A transactions.
· Manage Direct staff of 5 Honeywell Sr Manager, Manager, Strategic Business Group Leaders and matrix manage other functional staff as needed.
· Responsible for overall Integrated Supply Chain service delivery for Strategic Business Group Leaders teams covering all key activities
· Strategic Partnering with Strategic Business Group Leaders and Strategic Business Unit / CFOs to define overall Goals & Objectives for the Supply Chain organization and drive execution
· Lead measurement mechanism to track and drive operational efficiency in the ISC Operations service delivery
· Establish relevant KPIs and performance drivers and analyze performance with improvement recommendations
· Change Management & Seamless execution on Business & Honeywell Priorities in a dynamic environment.
· Identify areas for Standardization, design / strategize a plan and deploy by working with the Business leadership
· Continuous Improvement – enabler for productivity by developing automated applications; eliminating duplications, Simplify processes, Lean & six sigma
· Part of the Global Finance Center leadership team responsible for finance Talent Acquisition, Development and Retention
Post-Graduation - CA, ICWA, MBA-Finance. Any other masters with relevant experience15+ years of overall finance experience
Minimum five years of experience in any combination of Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, FP&A Roles

Exposure to Tools like Tableau, Spotfire, QlikView etc Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Essbase, HANA/BW and Hyperion The ability to quickly identify subtle patterns among issues and to make consistent, timely decisionsLeadership Skills
