Director Enterprise Strategy Program Management

Robinson is seeking a Director Enterprise Strategy Program Management who will focus on operationalizing our company strategy and ensuring consistency in evolving, teaching and applying the One Robinson Operating Model (OROM). In this position, you will be responsible for developing, aligning, and overseeing cross-functional processes and program management for enterprise-wide initiatives. You will lead analysis of strategic projects with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment across the organization while implementing and refining the Robinson Operating Model to support strategic goals. You will train teams in Lean methodology, playing a pivotal role in supporting leaders and individual contributors with operating reviews, action planning, problem-solving, scorecard development, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities:Establish and implement standard procedures for the One Robinson Operating Model and Lean trainingLead the evolution of operational capabilities, including scorecards, problem-solving, value stream maps (VSMs), and daily managementOversee program management for strategic initiatives, ensuring cross-functional successProvide leadership and strategic direction for all related processes and functionsExcellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a team of continuous improvement professionalsEnsure alignment between programs and business objectivesDevelop and lead Project Management Office (PMO)best practices to achieve business goals and support the Robinson playbookImplement processes to track project performance and establish PMO standardsDevelop and implement Lean training to mobilize and leverage it throughout Robinson.

Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/universityMinimum 8 years’ progressive process improvement leadership experience, preference to transactional process improvement with LEAN practicesMinimum 4 years of direct people management experienceAbility to travel up to 30% ​

Preferred Qualifications:Master’s degree preferredProven leader in large-scale continuous improvement initiatives, delivering cost savings, efficiency gains, and customer satisfactionStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExpertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement toolsSkilled in leadership, change management, and motivating teams, thriving in fast-paced environmentsExcellent communicator with strong executive presence, able to influence and collaborate across all levelsCommitted to continuous learning, team growth, and effective project execution in a large, dispersed organizationValues a diverse and inclusive work environment
