Concentrix Catalyst is seeking a strategic Data & Analytics consultant within the Global Data & Analytics team, covering our EMEA region market. This position provides critical functions in the team, with a focus on the development and delivery of data and analytics solutions , including maturity and readiness assessments, data architecture design specifications, governance & compliance models, advisory services on data organization, culture, and ethics. The right candidate will be successful if they have a growth mindset accompanied with the ability to rapidly synthesize data, understand and interpret customers data assets, make recommendations on how to drive value from enterprise data assets, present insights, and inspire change to drive value outcomes. **Responsibilities & Duties** + Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to define a clear, data-driven vision aligned with business strategies. This involves consulting on complex data initiatives and providing technical leadership as a subject matter expert. + Develop and orchestrate implementation of data management, AI and transformation strategies that fuel business and customer value, whilst addressing security, privacy, and compliance needs alongside facilitation data literacy and promoting a data-driven culture within client organizations. + Leverage expertise in business, technology, and data to craft and execute data strategies that focus on optimizing people, processes, and technology. Create actionable, evolutionary roadmaps to maximize value derived from data. + Guide technical and non-technical teams, within client groups and Concentrix, fostering collaboration to design and recommend scalable data architecture solutions. This includes a strong delivery lead role, with an emphasis on Data Platform expertise. + Analyze & synthesize insights from surveys, interviews, and workshops, consolidate findings, process mapping, and construct a business facing narrative of results. + Be able to analyze and reverse engineer digital assets including BI reports, data structures, ETLs, Access databases and Excel files for the purposes of informing recommendations for go forward data strategies. + Understand business concepts and performance management strategies. Be able to quickly understand what KPIs and data strategies are most relevant to our clients, and where approaches to data management will deliver most value to our clients. + Estimate scope, duration, and cost of data, BI, & AI initiatives. + Contribute to thought leadership in data strategy and governance. Create differentiated assets and enable capability building within the field, growing the next generation of data strategists. **Required Skills & Experience** + Data Strategy Design: Proficiency in developing robust data strategies that align with organizational objectives. + Data Architecture Design: Expertise in leading the design and implementation of efficient data architectures. + Business Architecture Alignment: Ability to align data architectures with business objectives, requirements and organisational structures. + Advanced Analytics: Competence in utilizing advanced analytical techniques, including data science, to derive business insights. + Digital and Data Transformation: Demonstrate experience in managing and delivering comprehensive data transformation programs. + AI/ML Solution Design: Expertise in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions that cater to business needs. + Pre-Sales and Stakeholder Management: Proven capability in engaging in pre-sales activities, bid-writing, and managing stakeholder relationships.
