Primary Responsibilities
Liaison with directors and senior leadership to develop and implement Cyber Security Programs. Oversee technical integration of new systems and ensure alignment with the organization’s overall security policies and data protection strategies. Responsible for cybersecurity budget planning, execution, and leading cyber security projects with partners, vendors, and employees. Implement robust cyber security operations including the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program and all activities related to threat intelligence, protection, detection, response and recovery. Perform the various Talent Development duties such as creating/revising job descriptions, conducting Talent Development Discussions, rating performance, establishing/tracking goals and completing annual wage reviews. Ensure robust cyber security assurance systems including vulnerability scanning, Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST), secure configuration monitoring, and firewall configuration changes. Plan and execute penetration testing, audit, control testing, and third-party risk assessments in partnership with the Company’s Global Compliance & Ethics Team. Develop Information Technology (IT) policies, standards, processes, and procedures to meet company’s cyber security and IT compliance needs. Oversee technical implementation of framework standards. Participate as the Cyber Technical Expert on the Information Security & Privacy Subcommittee, Information Security Risk Committee, and Information Security Steering Committee.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business or related field, along with at least 8 years of related experience. Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified in Risk and Systems Control (CRISC). Excellent written and oral communication, deductive reasoning, and analytical trouble shooting skills. Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate positive relations between IT and other business groups.
