**Core Job Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and implement Go-To-Market model
+ Based on proper understanding of market dynamics, develop smart GTM plan for both growth and mature products to ensure a maximized opportunity capture
+ Ensure GTM plan implementation across segmented market with clear strategy in segmentation and targeting, resource allocation and multi-channel cycle plan
+ Develop a systematic GTM plan updating model to proactively accommodate new market dynamic, like VBP, new product launch, or other unexpected business scenario.
+ Design and develop performance monitoring system
+ Design a close-looped data-driven performance monitoring process and educate commercial team
+ Develop and upgrade reporting system to support a insightful day-to-day performance tracking
+ Lead SFE BP team to partnership with commercial team for a better commercial execution, including GTM planning and execution, performance tracking and commercial execution improvement
+ Design and manage commercial incentive scheme, rewards and recognition programs
+ Design incentive scheme to ensure it in-line-with business strategy
+ Implement incentive scheme, including calculation, overall incentive process management and education
+ Deliver insightful incentive analysis for a quality check and optimization
+ Realize operation excellence via creating proper and efficient operation process and execute
+ Develop and streamline sales operation process for better efficiency and effectiveness
+ Create agile operating model to support business model
+ Ensure cross team/function efficiency
+ Adhoc analysis to support management team to maximize business opportunity or risk mitigation
+ Adhoc support in key global and China project
**Minimum Education:**
+ Bachelor degree in economics, business or statistics
+ MBA/master degree is preferred
**Minimum Experience/Training Required:**
+ 10+ years of experience in an international healthcare business
+ Strong commercial understanding of Go to Market strategies, sales & marketing metrics; strong understanding of the sales processes and tools, segmentation and targeting, and deep understanding of core commercial processes and methodologies for how they work impact financial results
+ Market understanding and competitor intelligence- knowing market trends; familiarity of trends in healthcare, emerging business models, best practices
+ Strong key stakeholder management
+ Project management experience and expertise
+ Advanced analytical skills, strategic thinking and the ability to anticipate future trends and opportunities
+ Fluency in English (written and spoken)
