**Director Consulting Services** **Category:** Leadership and Management Roles **Main location:** United States, Maryland, Baltimore **Position ID:** J0724-0338 **Employment Type:** Full Time **Position Description:** CGI Federal is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Director of Consulting Services for a large and complex program within our Health and Social Services account. You will have responsibility for overseeing the successful execution of all work assigned to this program, as well as driving growth and business development opportunities both within the program and in other target spaces. This position is located in our Baltimore, MD office; a hybrid working model is acceptable. Due to the nature of this government contract, US Citizenship is required. **Your future duties and responsibilities:** 1. Program Oversight and Strategic Leadership: - Provide strategic leadership and direction for the program, ensuring alignment with the client’s goals and objectives. - Interface with the client, Government Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR), and other key stakeholders. - Lead the program team in driving innovation, efficiency, and excellence in program delivery. 2. Resource Management: - Oversee the day-to-day operations and personnel management within the program. - Allocate resources, including personnel and equipment, to support program implementation. - Collaborate to formulate and enforce work and quality standards, review discrepancies, and supervise contractor personnel, including subcontractors. 3. Program Development and Innovation: - Drive the development and implementation of new technologies and solutions to support the client’s programmatic and administrative needs. - Champion innovation and best practices within the program to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 4. Contractual Compliance and Financial Management: - Liaison with Contracts team w.r.t Contracting clauses and regulations. - Oversee financial management of the program, including budgeting, tracking expenses, and providing financial reports to stakeholders. 5. Corporate Interests and Stakeholder Management: - Ensure that corporate interests align with Government restrictions and guidelines. - Build and maintain strong relationships with client counterparts, Government officials, and other stakeholders. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to convey issues, reports, and program updates. 6. Growth and Business Development: - Identify growth opportunities within the program and develop strategies to expand services and offerings. - Explore and pursue business development opportunities within the program and leverage CGI Federal's experience for growth in other target spaces. - Collaborate with the business development team to drive growth **Required qualifications to be successful in this role:** - Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field and a minimum of 15 years of experience in program management, with a focus on large, complex government programs. - Extensive industry experience that frames solutions, architecture, and best practices with a high level of subject matter knowledge. - Proven track record of successful leadership in managing complex programs and diverse teams. - Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities. - Excellent leadership and management skills to guide Directors and teams toward program success. - Ability to drive innovation, efficiency, and excellence in program delivery. - Demonstrated financial management skills, including budgeting, tracking expenses, and financial reporting. - Experience in managing large budgets and ensuring optimal resource utilization. - Superior oral and written communication skills to convey complex issues and reports to stakeholders. - Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $137,500.00 - $264,600.00.
