JOB SUMMARY

This critical role will involve pricing a diverse portfolio of AI-powered products, including a core administrative platform, modular utilization and care management solutions, patient-focused digital products, and clinical data exchange capabilities, as well as outsourced technology and BPO services. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a small, global team.


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform management responsibilities to include, but are not limited to: involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity.  Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the day-to-day operations of the department, develop and implement policies and programs as necessary; may have budgetary responsibility and authority

Pricing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies for our diverse portfolio SAS, Platform, Modular, Data and AI-based healthcare technology products and services, covering the Payor market, considering factors such as cost, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.

RFP/RFI Response Leadership: Lead the finance workstream for all RFPs and RFIs, ensuring timely and accurate responses that highlight the value proposition and financial viability of our solutions. This includes managing timelines, reviewing business responses, and ensuring meticulous attention to detail.

Deal Approval Process: Oversee and optimize the deal approval process, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, Business Leadership) to ensure efficient and effective approvals.  Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Negotiate pricing and critical deal terms with clients, achieving favorable outcomes while building strong, long-term relationships.

Stakeholder Management: Effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and senior leadership.

Executive Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling executive presentations to both internal and external audiences, articulating pricing strategies, deal outcomes, and financial performance.

Strategic Planning: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Business Leadership to develop comprehensive RFP and bid strategies aligned with overall business objectives.  Cross-functional Collaboration: Operate effectively in a highly matrixed environment, building strong relationships while relentlessly driving growth.

Pipeline Management: Manage and forecast the sales pipeline, providing accurate revenue projections and identifying potential risks or opportunities.  Sales KPI Development & Support: Support the development and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Financial Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts for the pricing and deal strategy function, contributing to overall company financial planning.

EXPERIENCE

Required

8 years of experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.

5 years of experience in Management or leadership role

5 years of experience in pricing strategy, preferably within the healthcare technology or SaaS industry.

3 years of experience in Proven experience in developing and implementing pricing models for complex technology solutions.

3 years of experience with RFP/RFI response processes.

12 years of experience in Management or leadership role

SKILLS

Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring teams.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.

Understanding of the Payor/Provider market and healthcare landscape is a significant advantage.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.
