Director Client Services and Operations Property and Casualty - US Based Remote
Carrier Management Develop and nurture strong relationships with insurance carriers to ensure that our clients have access to the best coverage options available in the market. Leveraging your expertise in navigating carrier relationships, you’ll play a crucial role in securing new agency appointments, negotiating competitive rates, onboarding new carriers, analyzing data to assess performance, and optimizing our insurance offerings. Stay informed of all carrier changes and communicate information to agency employees Compliance/Licensing  Stay informed about regulatory license and compliance standards across all states. This includes keeping up-to-date with individual and agency licensing requirements in accordance with state regulations. Ensure all insurance producers have completed CE requirements and individual/entity licensing paperwork has been filed with the state accurately and timely.  Respond to audits or inquiries by state governing agencies Ensure all procedures and policies are documented and accurate for our agency employees Data/Technology Analyze trends, advise executive leadership using data insights, and maintain an up-to-date database of insurance carriers, policies, and contacts. Serve as the liaison between the IT department, third-party technology partners, and software providers. Your responsibilities include managing technology infrastructure, collaborating with outsource technology companies, and overseeing projects to drive progress.  Serve as a valuable resource for leadership, production, and service staff by developing and enhancing workflows to optimize customer service, efficiency, and automation within the agency.  Management Oversight of a team of individuals providing coaching, mentoring, and ensuring all deliverables are executed timely and accurately.  Manage interview, hiring, and reviews of team to ensure the agency has the top talent. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly presentations related to the state of the agency, service and financial metrics, and insurance market conditions Provide analysis of Agency financials for performance, forecasting, and budgeting guidance Participate in special projects, and handle additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

5+ year’s experience managing a team of 5-20 employees 5+ years’ experience in the insurance industry, particularly in a carrier liaison or similar role, is highly preferred. Experience with creating data analytics tools, integrations, and managing IT projects Experience with AMS 360 and Salesforce software is essential Must have a keen eye for detail Must demonstrate a professional, articulate and self-motivated demeanor with strong organizational and communication skills Must be able to effectively interact with all levels of employees, management and customers and use sound judgment to prioritize multiple assignments Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite
