Job SummaryThe Commercial Operations AD provides a senior level of expertise, direction and solutions within the Sales Planning and Operations Team in support of key stakeholders. (Customers, Affiliates, Executives, New Product Launch, Sales, Regulatory Affairs and Global Supply and Technical Operations).

Job ResponsibilitiesCommercial Development:
Define and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets. Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights for decision-making. Build and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders to improve market positioning and customer satisfaction.Demand Planning:
Supervise demand planning processes to improve forecast accuracy and inventory levels. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align production with market demands. Implement tools and systems for efficient demand planning and data analysis. Oversee alignment meetings such as IBP (Integrated Business Planning) to ensure financial and sales plans are synchronized. Lead demand planning for new product launches from submission to launch and manage the product portfolio throughout its lifecycle.Customer Service:
Oversee sales operations, including billing, returns, and inventory management to ensure optimal resource utilization. Manage the sales incentive plans, ensuring equity and alignment with corporate objectives. Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Demand Planning, etc.) to streamline the sales cycle. Lead initiatives to enhance the customer experience, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and complaints. Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through service quality metrics and feedback loops. Coordinate logistics related to the sales team, such as travel, accommodations, and expenses, ensuring adherence to budgets. Design and implement long-term strategies to enhance the customer experience and ensure order-to-cash flow efficiency. Establish policies and procedures to align customer service with corporate objectives. Conduct root cause analysis to implement corrective actions that improve customer satisfaction.Project Strategic:
Design and execute strategic projects that align with the company’s long-term objectives. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to maintain a competitive edge. Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to address challenges and achieve growth goals.Supply Chain Optimization:
Ensure customer and affiliate priorities are met with minimal supply disruption by collaborating with production teams. Supervise inventory planning to meet quality and shelf-life requirements while mitigating risks by reallocating inventory to other markets.General Management and Leadership:
Develop effective relationships with internal and external customers. Actively participate in employee performance management, including monthly one-on-ones and continuous development. Foster a high-performance culture through open communication and employee recognition. Job Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields (MBA preferred). Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong knowledge of sales administration and customer service processes. Expertise in demand planning tools and methodologies. Proven ability to design and implement commercial strategies. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in English Advanced knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and data visualization tools Experience 8+ years of experience in commercial development, sales operations, customer service, or strategic planning in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
