Overview The ‘Generative AI Program Leader’ will work closely with Gallagher Bassett’s global business and IT organizations to accomplish the following objectives: Be a leader in establishing strategies to leverage the power of AI to achieve GB’s business objectives and drive successful outcomes both for GB and our clients Collaborate with business stakeholders and a team of AI professionals to prioritize initiatives, define project goals, and ensure successful execution of Gallagher Bassett’s Generative AI initiatives Oversee and lead the execution of AI vision projects. Coordinate and align the efforts of AI, data science, IT, and business resources to achieve the desired outcomes Establish AI governance process to ensure Gen AI initiative prioritization and execution is aligned to merits and business benefits Devise implementation approaches that produce Gen AI applications that are flexible, maintainable, and adaptable as business needs change and expand Drive change management process for implementation of new Gen AI applications Be a leading contributor of ideas for using Generative AI technology to improve GB’s competitiveness, quality, responsiveness, and efficiency As an expert, drive organizational awareness on the latest advancements in AI technologies, address ethical considerations, and continuous learning to drive innovation How you'll make an impact Business alignment (contributor): Ensure Gen AI initiatives and strategies are aligned with GB business’ overarching goals Stakeholder engagement (leader): Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including executives, business leaders, IT and external partners Gen AI program execution (leader): Drive the execution of the Gen AI vision; overseeing the efforts from AI, data science, IT and business teams Business IT project management (partner): Team with IT project leader(s) in managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources Ethical AI practices (leader): Ensure development and deployment of AI initiatives to take ethical considerations such as bias, privacy, and transparency Monitor and evaluate AI initiatives (leader): Progress and performance of AI initiatives, tracking key metrics, and evaluating their impact on business outcomes Team collaboration & mentorship (contributor): Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to team members, to ensure the team's overall success Continuous learning (leader): Stay updated with the latest advancements, industry trends, and best practices in AI space About You Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, with both technical and business credentials a plus Experience: Ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in technology, consulting or management role, ideally in a thought leadership & delivery execution position. A minimum of 5 years with in AI.
