This role provides the opportunity to spearhead a world-class talent acquisition strategy, elevate the recruitment team, and shape the future of Proofpoint through impactful hiring.** **As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will lead a talented team of recruiters to deliver exceptional hiring experience. With a focus on storytelling through data, you'll inspire decision-making and innovation, champion the use of insights to optimize our strategies, and communicate Proofpoint’s unique value proposition to prospective candidates.** **Your Day-to-Day** **Recruit Strategically** **: Build collaborative partnerships with the business leaders and key stakeholders to develop innovative, cohesive recruitment strategy that aligns with organization strategy, growth priorities and workforce plans** **Collaborate with Leadership** **: Partner with business (Sales) and engineering leaders to develop comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to support the achievement of recruiting talent at scale** **Coach and Elevate** **: Inspire, develop, and elevate Talent Acquisition team members by cultivating a BRAVE culture of being bold, collaboration, and drive excellence in execution** **Lead Strategic Business Outcomes: Optimize talent acquisition projects, processes, tools and technology to drive maximum efficiency and effectiveness that result in an amazing experience for candidates and the business** **Enhance Our Brand** **: Work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen Proofpoint’s employer brand across the region.** **Lead with Analytics** **: Utilize data analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and measure effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets as set out below. Pay within these ranges varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. The range provided may represent a candidate range and may not reflect the full range for an individual tenured employee. This role may be eligible for variable compensation and/or equity.
