Director, Workforce Strategy and Support (REMOTE)

**Job Summary**
The Director of Workforce Strategy and Support is responsible for delivering actions that enable service delivery across the Contact Center. This role involves continuously monitoring and improving the organization's workforce management (WFM) practices and standards. The Director drives engagement among interdepartmental customers, including IT, Finance, Actuarial, Claims, Call Centers, Utilization Management (UM), and Clinical departments. Additionally, the Director manages the team responsible for delivering and executing call center KPIs.
**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities**
+ **Strategic Vision:** Act as a thought partner with the WFM leadership team to anticipate future workforce needs and trends, aligning strategies with long-term business goals. Adept at change management, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
+ **Leadership and Management Skills:** Provide inspirational leadership, motivating and developing the team while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Ensure operational efficiency by overseeing HR operations and streamlining processes for effectiveness. Act as a liaison to all other internal customers on behalf of the organization. Manage, mentor, and develop/coach the WFM team on WFM fundamentals to help influence the next era of WFM leaders at Molina.
+ **Communication Proficiency:** Communicate strategies and policies effectively to all levels of the organization. Build strong relationships with employees and management, enhancing trust and cooperation. Represent Workforce Management as a subject matter expert (SME) for any projects and new business related to areas of oversight in partnership with AVP.
+ **Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:** Utilize data-driven decision-making, using data and analytics to inform workforce planning and management decisions. Proactively address workforce challenges, finding innovative solutions to complex issues.
+ **Compliance and Ethical Standards:** Ensure the organization complies with labor laws and employment regulations. Uphold high ethical standards, promoting a culture of integrity and respect.
+ **Adaptability and Flexibility:** Respond effectively to changing business environments and workforce dynamics. Adjust strategies and plans as needed to meet evolving organizational needs.
**Job Qualifications**
**Required Education**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
**Required Experience**
+ 10+ years of experience in Workforce Management and strategic planning.
+ 5+ years of supervisory and/or management experience
+ Strong communication and team/interpersonal skills.
+ Strong leadership capabilities and ability to initiate and maintain cross-team relationships.
+ Ability to work closely with remote staff to ensure state and federal requirements, as well as standard processes, are accommodated within the enrollment and premium process.
+ Knowledge of applicable state, federal, and third-party regulations.
**Preferred Education**
+ Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Pay Range: $107,028 - $250,446 / ANNUAL
