The Director, Talent Development will oversee the enterprise learning and development and core leadership development programs that ensure all KeHE employees have the opportunity and resources to grow every day and that KeHE managers and leaders have the development they need to succeed in their roles today and prepare for their next roles in the future. The role will lead a team of three learning and leadership development professionals and partner closely with Human Resources and company leadership with oversight from an internal Culture Committee to ensure the success KeHE learning and leadership development programs and their continuous improvement to meet the ongoing needs of the business.

Essential Functions Collaborate and influence company and HR leadership to drive an ongoing enterprise talent development strategy that meets the needs of the businessAssess and understand the talent development needs across the enterpriseLead and guides a team of talent development professionals to support the businessOversee the administration of cyclical talent and leadership development programsEnsure that the design and execution of all talent development programs reinforces the KeHE culture and meets the core needs of the businessContinuously innovate and improve talent and learning and development programsEnsures mechanism are in place to build accountability, measure results, continually improve and optimize the impact of talent development programsEnsure broad-based learning & development resources are available for all employeesCultivates a community of practices of learning and development professionals across KeHE including technical functional training roles embedded in other functionsEnsure talent development programs support diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiativesMaintain cutting-edge subject matter expertise in talent development, leadership development, and learning & development and effectively applies expertise at KeHEManage relationships with third party providers/vendors in talent developmentPartners with HR leadership to manage the talent development budgetEnsure change management, communications, and training are in place to educate leaders and employees on all talent development programsActs as the champion of learning and leadership development across the business and the top subject matter expert in this space for the enterpriseEducate other members of the Human Resource team and business leadership on the value and practice of talent development, leadership, and learning & developmentPerforms all other duties as assigned to support the Human Resource function and KeHE Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a preference for an advanced degree in a related field (e.g., M.A./M.S. or Ph.D. in Leadership, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, I-O Psychology, Human Resource Management, or similar)8 years of relevant work experience, with a preference for 10+ years of experience
