Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President, Talent (HR) you as the Director, Talent Data and Systems is responsible for Red Bull North America's (RBNA) approach and execution of all HR systems, analytics, and data integrity efforts. They play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of data, delivery of HR services, and driving people-related decisions and strategies through data and systems. Managing a team of ten, the function drives operational improvements and strategic advantages by leveraging HR technology and data capabilities for continued growth and success.
