THE IMPACT OF THIS ROLE
The Director, Talent Acquisition, Americas is responsible for designing and executing strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates into region.
This individual will manage the Talent Acquisition function at the corporate office; and in close partnership with the Talent & Culture (T&C) teams at the property level to deliver on excellent candidate experience regionally.
Ultimately, this individual will inspire, empower, and equip the T&C teams to build a strong employer brand, develop strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Talent Acquisition: Responsible for bringing the best talent into the Corporate Office of Rosewood Hotels and Resorts and executive level positions at the property level within the region; managing job requisitions and all recruitment activities to attract, evaluate and hire top candidates
· Employer Branding: Lead our employer branding efforts on internal and external social media platforms
· Technology: Leverage latest recruiting technology, tools, and software (e.g. LinkedIn, Application Tracking System) to achieve cost efficiency and excellent user experience
· Candidate Experience: Design and deliver on the best-in-class Candidate Experience components including Job Crafting, Assessment, Feedback, Interview, Onboarding, and Alumni Engagement
· School Relations: Manage the relationships with target schools and institutions regionally. Supports campus recruiting and student marketing activities and school partnership initiatives to establish a strong employer brand
· Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Enrich the lives of our guests and associates and promoting opportunities at Rosewood Hotels and Resorts for every talent through diversity programs and hiring initiatives

REQUIRED SKILLS
· A strong understanding of executive recruitment practices, excellent networking abilities, proficiency in sourcing high-level candidates, in-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, exceptional communication skills, and experience managing client relationships across multiple locations, often with a focus on identifying and placing top-tier talent for senior management and director-level positions within organizations.
· A bachelor's degree in business and/or human resources is required;
· Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, preferably both inhouse and external recruitment experience.

This position is open to candidates based in New York City, Los Angeles, CA, or Dallas, TX. The salary range for this position is $175,000-$190,000 annually. This is the pay range for this position that the company reasonably expects to pay. This position also may be eligible for bonuses. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience, type of experience, location, and education.
