What You’ll Do For Us
Responsible for driving the recruitment process for internal and external senior talent in support of business needs today and in the future. The Director, Talent Acquisition will drive end-to-end recruiting and consultation; including market research, building robust pipelines for critical skills, sourcing, candidate assessment, interview and offer management. The role will also support senior talent move processes locally.
Foster and maintain relationships with key partners and leadership to understand business objectives and key skills needed to support company growth. Provide external insights on the talent market (i.e. demographic trends, employment projections) and develop holistic talent attraction, sourcing and hiring strategies.
Deliver on recruitment priorities leveraging both internal and external talent channels while collaborating with Talent, HR and Leadership
Identify, develop, and implement innovative sourcing and talent mapping strategies for key roles and critical skills that result in quality talent pipelines to meet workforce needs aligned to business objectives
Achieve positive outcomes against talent KPIs; partner with internal teams (local and global) on identifying and executing operational efficiencies
Support Coca-Cola’s initiatives and objectives by attracting talent through strategic sourcing strategies to ensure Coca-Cola continues to be a top destination for talent
Utilize data analytics to provide insights and recommendations to the business related to the recruitment process
Ensure compliance with local legislation
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Eight (8) plus years with a history of success recruiting senior level talent in a complex global environment and/or recruitment search firm
Experience influencing executives across various disciplines, functions and geographies
Strong sourcing capability and ability to act as a talent ambassador
Strong operational experience with recruitment tools and processes
Ability to apply business acumen and drive operational excellence while anticipating and adapting to changing needs of the business
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, required
