The Director, System Integration and Test, will have multiple responsibilities of interacting with external vendors who contribute HW/SW to the LightSpeed constellation system, internal development teams and will have managers from the System Integration and test team reporting to this role. Main Responsibilities Develop strategic and long-term goals for the System Integration team. Collaborate with various segments leads in Lightspeed eco system and be the driver of quality through the organization Contribute/Drive CI/CD/CT test strategies. Review test plans/test reports and establish dashboards for reporting to executive/leadership teams Work in a dynamic fast paced environment and be adaptable to various needs of the project. Responsible for System Integration and System Test of Lightspeed echo systemDemonstrate strong leadership skills with a can-do attitude and maintain collaborative approach doing the same. Education and ExperienceBachelors or master's in computer science, Electrical or Aerospace Engineering.
