**Job Description** **Job Summary** The role, reporting directly to the Head of Strategy, is a critical member of the Strategy team, which supports senior executives in creating corporate, business unit, and local strategies as well as driving key strategic initiatives to transform the Company. **Job Duties** + Develops enterprise and domain-specific strategies to drive growth, compliance, and performance improvement within current business units + Leads high-priority projects to unlock growth opportunities and transform Molina’s operating model + Conducts rigorous analysis to support market opportunity, membership, and financial forecasting + Stays abreast of healthcare trends and generates national and local market insights + Provides extensive support and collaboration with the Company's executive leadership team **Job Qualifications** **REQUIRED EDUCATION** : Masters Degree or other advanced degree. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES** : + At least 3+ years of experience in strategic management consulting or investment banking with prior managed healthcare experience + Understanding of the drivers and strategies across functions in managed care organizations (MCOs) as well as broad knowledge of the healthcare industry + Strategy experience and ability to frame strategic challenges with research and synthesis and draw out solutions and create action plans + Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities and projects simultaneously + Intellectual agility and ability to simplify and clearly communicate complex concepts + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to effectively collaborate with business unit leaders, subject matter experts, and external stakeholders + Strong quantitative aptitude, analytical capabilities, problem solving skills and commercial acumen **PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES** : + At least 10 years of demonstrated experience aligned to job duties \#PJCorp \#LI-AC1 To all current Molina employees: If you are interested in applying for this position, please apply through the intranet job listing.
