What you will do: + Develop and implement a group sales strategy focused on achieving growth objectives through sales support and analytics. + Analyze current industry trends and data to create disruptive strategies that target key customer opportunities. + Provide actionable insights to increase sales for Major and Dealer accounts, ensuring a focus on results rather than just reporting data. + Develop and execute account targeting strategies to establish and strengthen relationships with both prospects and customers. + Collaborate with all Sales channels to refine forecasting methodologies, track pipelines, and report against AOP budget. + Oversee continuous improvement projects within the sales function and manage the demand planning function for Americas Sales. Skills, Experience & Abilities + Extensive experience in wholesale sales operations. + Expertise in sales management and a strong understanding of sales processes. + Demonstrated ability to manage full P&L responsibilities. + In-depth knowledge of retail operations and how to leverage data to drive performance.
