Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field 10+ years of experience in strategic business development, corporate development, or related roles, preferably within the semiconductor or high-tech industriesPreferred MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics or related field or equivalent experienceKnowledge of memory technologies (DRAM, NAND, Advanced Packaging, Process, emerging memory, etc.)Experience with developing business strategies and coordination with internal technical teams, legal ,government affairs teams, and business unit teams.Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders internally and externallyHighly effective, strong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to drive the cross functional team across Engineering, Technology Development, Legal, and Business Units to recommend strategy and execution plans with C-level executives.Proven track record in negotiating and managing large-scale, complex agreementsAdaptable to a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with dynamic demandsStrong understanding of the semiconductor ecosystem and related technologiesExcellent leadership and team-building capabilitiesSuperior communication and interpersonal skillsStrategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solvingPreferred Requirements
