We are seeking an experienced Sales Recruiting Director to lead our talent acquisition efforts as part of the EMEA Distribution Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting best in market sales talent, developing effective recruitment strategies, and building strong relationships with business stakeholders, partners, colleagues and candidates.

The role will be based in our Madrid office and will be reporting to the Head of Sales Recruiting EMEA.

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple Sales EVP level relationships

Develop and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract top sales talent

Lead and manage the sales recruiting team, providing guidance, support, and professional development

Collaborate with sales leadership to understand and deliver on their strategic objectives

Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting strategies, influence others and make data-driven decisions

Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

Foster a positive candidate experience and promote the company’s employer brand

Maintain a clear view of industry trends, including recruiting best practices throughout sales recruiting

Develop teams to produce their best work with an effective high performance culture


Qualifications/Experience:

Experience in a FAST PACED sales environment a must!

Proven experience as a Recruiting Director or similar level role, preferably in sales recruitment

Strong understanding of sales roles, business structures and the skills required for success in sales positions

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), data analytics, CRM and other recruiting software

Demonstrable experience of investigating and adopting new technologies including AI

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities at the same time within a matrix management business environment

Fluency in Southern European language skills such as Spanish or Italian would be a distinct advantage
