Director, Sales - RB Global Services
We are seeking a dedicated, hardworking and proactive Sales Leader to join the European RB Global Services team with responsibility for the sales territory of France, Iberia and Italy. The Sales Leader will be responsible for building a new business sales pipeline and the overall growth of our Rouse and SmartEquip Services, successfully managing sales opportunities from creation through to close, winning new business and at the very least achieving, but ideally exceeding, our annual sales revenue targets.   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions. Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Willingness to travel within the assigned region. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Experience in technology, software or IT sales, preferably within construction equipment, machinery or rental markets.  Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field. 

Sales Strategy Development - Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the assigned region to achieve company sales targets and maximise revenue growth. 

Performance Monitoring - Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales strategy through reporting and revise strategy based on results to improve performance. 

Customer Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers in the region, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business. 

Market Analysis - Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the region to identify new business opportunities. 

Collaboration - Work closely with other departments (e.g. Customer Success, Marketing, Product Development) to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective product offerings. 

Sales Forecasting - Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track regional sales performance and identify areas for improvement. 

Negotiation and Deal Closure - Lead negotiations for large or complex sales, ensuring favorable terms and customer satisfaction. 

Travel - Regular travel within the region to meet clients, prospects, and attend industry events as needed.  

Team Leadership – Based upon successful growth of the region, recruit, lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
