**A Day in the Life:** The Director Safety Programs candidate will demonstrate proven ability to foster a culture of safety across all levels of the organization and will demonstrate the ability to lead a safety culture involving initiatives to minimize risks, establish efficient and effective training programs, and seek continuous improvement in safety performance demonstrated by the effective measurement of progress. The selected candidate will be directly responsible for the development and implementation of all Safety Programs in accordance with business needs.
