Director, Revenue Technology Capabilities

This is a a pivotal position responsible for gathering the technology requirements of the Revenue organization and ensuring that the appropriate capabilities are in place that enable our overall objectives. You will hold a key role in shaping the revenue technology strategy and roadmap together with the respective Global Technology Services (GTS) Leader for Customer Platforms.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Capability PlanningConduct comprehensive interviews and workshops within the Revenue organization to collect and analyze their needs and challenges and translate them into actionable plans.Identify and prioritize the capabilities required to address the Revenue Organization's needs, focusing on tools, technologies, and processes.
 Enable the Digital TransformationPartner with the GTS organization to influence the Technology roadmap, ensuring that the business’ requirements are adequately represented and addressed.Evaluate, select and optimize the sales technology stack in partnership with GTSThis includes sales CRM, service CRM, sales enablement solutions, contact center as a service (CCaaS) and AI tools for the revenue organizationAdditionally, there are also some core workflows tied into ERP systems which may also require representationEnsure revenue tech stack is connected to the right business intelligence systems, work together with analytics teams to develop insights, and enrich the foundational data for AI driven solutionsMonitor the effectiveness of implemented capabilities and drive continuous improvements based on feedback and evolving business needs.
 Team LeadershipManage and lead the global revenue technology capabilities teamEnsure sales operations and customer service develop and deliver user training that enables team members to effectively utilize systems and tools as designed for themActively collaborate and foster strong relationships with GTS, Marketing, Customer Service, Procurement, Legal, and other functions to ensure integration and alignment of digital capabilities

Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior leadership role (5-7y) connected to Sales OperationsDemonstrated success in developing and implementing sales technology strategies that drive business resultsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrate the ability to identify and implement emerging technologies that contribute to the organization’s competitive advantage.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

Subject to the absolute discretion of the company, this role is eligible for an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is: 166,000-250,000 USD
