Director, Retail Sales

This role will lead BrassCraft’s US Retail channel sales team and is accountable for: 

 

Achievement of annual channel sales objectives, across all national retail accounts 

Development of multi-year retail channel sales strategies and driving a culture of accountability through strategic account management and a dynamic growth mindset 

Development and execution of policies and programs related to retail selling operations, including daily management and sales pipeline activities 

Development and coaching of National Account Managers (NAMs) 

Optimization of existing sales performance through disciplined, process-driven approach 

 

Based in Atlanta, GA, this hybrid role oversees a team of National Account Managers who manage Big Box / Home Center relationships.  

 

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 

Strategy development and implementation for key channel segments 

Vision and alignment across Omni Channel 

Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, pricing, sales and programs 

Development and management of sales revenue and expense budgets 

Identification of process gaps/inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement  

Development of strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, in particular, Marketing and Product Management, and other channel leaders 

Collaboration with other Masco business units to share knowledge and information to support the total enterprise 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

 

Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or related field 

A minimum of 10 years of progressive Retail Sales leadership experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience 

Strong financial and business acumen 

Sales management and customer-facing experience, ability to bring people along and influence all levels from individual contributors to Executive leaders internally and externally 

Sales planning, execution, management and working strategically with an indirect reporting sales force 

Ability to lead and influence without direct authority 

Ability to travel up to 40% of the time 

 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

Familiarity with the US home improvement industry and/or kitchen and bath plumbing products is desirable

Hiring Range: $134,300.00 - $210,980.00
