We are seeking an experienced Semiconductor Engineering Director to lead our engineering team in the development and implementation of cutting-edge semiconductor technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor engineering, proven leadership skills, and a track record of driving innovation and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the semiconductor engineering team, ensuring the successful execution of projects and initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the performance, quality, and reliability of semiconductor products.
• Take charge of HBM engineering, with a specific focus on PWF process engineering and PWF equipment engineering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to achieve project goals.
• Mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of industry working experience in semiconductor engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor devices, processes, and technologies.
• Proven ability to lead and manage engineering teams, with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on advanced technologies and processes.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
