ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a quality-obsessed and strategically minded Director of Product Quality to lead quality initiatives across FOX’s direct-to-consumer (DTC) product.. This leader will be responsible for ensuring that the end-to-end user experience meets the highest standards across mobile, web, and connected TV platforms. You will drive quality assurance strategies and testing plans that align with the customer journey and partner cross-functionally to identify and address product quality issues before they reach the end user. This is a high-impact role requiring collaboration with Product, Engineering, and CX teams to champion a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in user experience.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Own and drive the overall product quality strategy across FOX DTC experience

Develop and implement testing plans that account for the full customer journey

Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance product quality, performance, and reliability

Identify and mitigate product quality risks proactively across the product lifecycle

Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to ensure consistent quality checkpoints

Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders about product quality concerns, improvements, and expectations

Establish and monitor KPIs to measure and improve product quality over time

Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend tools, frameworks, and practices to evolve QA processes
 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Proven experience leading product quality or QA teams for consumer-facing digital products

Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and performance testing frameworks

Experience designing and executing testing strategies focused on the end-to-end customer experience

Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams

Track record of identifying quality issues and driving resolution through structured process and leadership

Familiarity with Agile development practices and product lifecycle management

Ability to synthesize data, customer feedback, and technical insights into actionable improvements
 

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

Experience with streaming media products or connected device platforms

Hands-on background in software testing or QA automation

Familiarity with observability tools and monitoring platforms

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $143,000.00-197,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
