Role Description
The Director, Product Owners is a pivotal leadership role within our Product Management organization, responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational execution of our product portfolio. Reporting to the SVP of Product Management, this position ensures that our team of Product Owners are effectively driving the product vision, prioritizing features, and delivering value to meet the needs of our enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of product lifecycle management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of steering cross-functional teams towards achieving business objectives. This role demands a strategic thinker who can balance technical knowledge with business acumen to enhance product offerings, drive innovation, and ultimately increase enterprise value.
Key Responsibilities
+ Build, mentor, and lead high-performance product owner teams
+ Align product owner activities with business goals to drive growth
+ Implement and drive adherence to continuous improvement and agile methodologies, ensuring processes are both efficient and adaptable to changing business needs
+ Ensure on-time product releases aligned to market needs through effective collaboration with engineering, sales, and marketing teams
+ Increase customer satisfaction and retention by utilizing data-driven insights to guide product development

Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree Or equivalent experience
+ 7+ years in Product Management Role
+ Travel expected: <25%
