Responsibilities:
Build, partner, and drive the product strategy and roadmap for the virtual and hybrid live events
Develop product requirements and specifications to ensure that product meets customer needs and business goals
Conduct market analysis and customer research to identify product opportunities
Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement to create differentiated, high growth products.
Oversee product quality assurance and ensure product meets high quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across RingCentral to ensure customers success
Experience influencing and leading global development and product management teams.
Drive a robust software development process that is agile, predictable, and positive NPV projects.
Qualifications / Requirements:
10+ years of product management experience in a SaaS, with direct experience in messaging and/or collaboration products.
Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of developing exceptional product managers and building high performing product teams.
Passionate about creatively applying technology to solve complex problems. Strong competitive drive to win by surprising and delighting customers with their product.
Builder with an entrepreneurial spirit who excels at developing simple, clear customer value from the complex and ambiguous.
Develops and articulates a strategic vision for their product, with the drive for results and attention to detail to successfully execute that vision.
Extensive experience leading cross-functionally to develop successful products from concept to commercial success.
Deep understanding of product management and software development best practices, methodologies, and tools.
