Director, Product (Landauer)
**THE ROLE:** The Director of Global Product Management will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing product road maps, sales and marketing strategies, and driving key strategic initiatives, while providing a best-in-industry product pipeline for Fluke Health Solutions' Landauer business. This leader will drive the Fortive culture and promote excellence and client and staff engagement through the application of FBS principles including safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and profitability. **REPORTS TO:** Anthony Harrison, Vice President & General Manager, Landauer **TEAM:** 5 direct reports including product managers, marketing managers, engineering, and a business manager; all located in the US. **LOCATION:** US remote with 30% travel domestically and to France; living in the Glenwood, IL area would reduce travel **WHAT YOU WILL DO** ▪ Lead the Product Management organization for the Landauer and Victoreen (NuPow) brands to develop strategy to drive revenue and profitability targets for multiple product lines. ▪ Build and execute annual and long-term product plans and roadmaps for product categories, creating the priorities for R&D. ▪ Develop and execute Voice of Customer (VOC) and market research informing future product designs, enhancements, and technologies. ▪ Execute planned products so they deliver planned specifications and cost targets on time. ▪ Collaborate with Commercial leadership team on branding, channel, and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to maximize growth. ▪ Identify and develop strategic/new market opportunities (both organic and inorganic). ▪ Provide leadership in the development of a sustainable high performance/high commitment team and organization through use of Fortive Business System (FBS) tools and processes. **WHO YOU ARE:** You are a dynamic product leader who has crafted and delivered successful, global strategies and initiatives that drove strong P&L results. An outstanding communicator with the ability to inspire a team and influence critical seniorlevel partners, you are incredibly meticulous and hands-on, but also able to set an inspiring, strategic vision for your team. You have had a steep career trajectory, relevant breadth of experiences and a consistent track record succeeding in high-performance environments. ▪ 5+ years of progressive Product Management/Commercial experience (healthcare industry preferred but not required) ▪ 3+ years of leadership experience with demonstrated results building/developing diverse and high-performing teams ▪ Experience defining winning products using VOC/in-bound marketing and launching them to market ▪ Experience performing fact-based research and analysis of market, competitor and customer data ▪ Experience working in a lean/kaizen culture, with a track record of utilizing these methodologies as a competitive advantage ▪ SaaS experience a plus but not a requirement ▪ MBA Preferred ▪ Able to travel up to 30% - domestically and internationally **Fortive Corporation Overview** Fortive’s essential technology makes the world stronger, safer, and smarter. This position is also eligible for bonus and equity as part of the total compensation package. The salary range for this position is $164,500-$305,500 . Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
