What You’ll Be Doing
Retail Operations is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Process and Change Management to lead our RESL & unsecured Lending space. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with the strategic goals of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in change management, process improvement, capacity management and solution design, with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions. This role will focus on managing multiple initiatives with conflicting priorities and limited resources, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. The successful candidate will Lead and mentor a team of process and change management professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Some key aspects of this role include: Properly assessesing and communicating the impact of project change against supported processes including proactively engaging stakeholders to assess upstream and downstream implications and establishing best practices for capacity management to optimize resource allocation and project execution.

How You’ll Succeed
Understanding and Documenting Requirements - Work closely with business partners to gather complex business requirements and facilitate solution design discussions to ensure you meet project needs. Build strong relationships, lead discussions, listen and ask the right questions to ensure solutions meet requirements.Solution Design - Build client-focused solutions that meet business requirements. Prepare and validate solution design documents around areas such as scope clarification, solution requirements, and quality assurance. Leading and Mentoring – Support end-to-end project implementation as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals. Maintain a collaborative work environment and support team members to resolve organizational, operational, and process problems. Relationship Management - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within Risk Management, Retail and Business Banking, vendors, and technology associations.Who You Are
