Business Scope: 

Leading large and cross functional teams to drive business and organization transformation, and achieve significant breakthroughs in productivity, efficiency, and financial performance.
1.    Significantly accelerate New Product Introduction (NPI) cadence for faster time to volume ramp and market penetration  

Collaborate closely with GO, TD, BU and other organizations to transform the mode of operations to achieve world class NPI performance, by optimizing business processes, metrics and systems, data analytics, methodologies, supply/demand streamlining, through the entire product life cycle from design to customer delivery. Benchmark best known methods and practices in Semiconductor and other industries, and drive rapid learning cycles for continuous improvement. Drive strategic alignment on product readiness, resource allocation, and execution planning to achieve best-in-class time-to-market and ensure market competitiveness.Lead the transfer of technology, ensuring seamless coordination across sites, resource planning, and schedule execution.

2.    Coordinate and drive DRAM Asia Front End organizational transformation efforts.  

Lead efforts across Taiwan and Japan Front End teams, in close collaboration with central teams and support organizations, to improve organizational efficiency, operational synergy, and learning cadence. Examine and optimize business processes and operational practices to standardize, streamline, and adopt BKMs across DRAM Asia FE organizations.Support and lead leadership and management development initiatives.

3.    Leading strategic initiatives to drive significant business impact 

Participate and lead strategic initiatives, business development opportunities, and internal/external technology engagements that are critical to Front End and Global Operations. Lead strategic external engagement efforts including government, consortiums, academia to enable and improve operational performance.Define and drive ESG roadmap for DRAM Asia FE in alignment with Micron’s sustainability and carbon reduction goals.
