Director, Omnichannel Retail Sales

As the Director, Omni Retail Sales, you will be responsible for leading both in-store and online sales performance, market share, and overall strategy for Amazon.com, Wayfair.com, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Menards, Walmart, Costco.com, and Build.com. This role requires a strategic leader who can build and execute high-impact account strategies while developing strong partnerships across key retail channels.

You will lead a team of experienced National Account Managers, overseeing daily operations and ensuring the execution of strategic sales plans to meet defined goals and objectives. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-performance environment, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and can effectively engage both internal and external stakeholders to get results.

This position reports to the Head of Kraus and is a critical partner to the Kraus leadership team, working collaboratively with peers at Delta Faucet Company (DFC) to drive collective success.

Omni Retail Playbooks & Performance

Develop and implement a comprehensive Omni Retail sales and specific national account plan that is aligned with company goals & objectives.

Achieve sales, profit, & share goals on a monthly, quarterly, & annual basis.

Manage funds and resources for the best return on investment.

Analyze internal (i.e. POS, invoice, inventory) and external (market trends, customer needs, competitive intelligence) data to guide decision making and create high quality solutions and actions to solve problems proactively with the customer and within the team.

Omni Retail Customer Relationship Management & Joint Planning

Cultivate strong relationships with Merchant VP and full merchant teams for in-store and online.

Align and receive approval from internal partners for proposed plans or programs; negotiate with the national account to the company’s position, improving profit & share outcomes.

Communicate effectively and consistently with internal & external partners.

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, & develop a dedicated national account team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Inspire, lead, and empower the team through regular feedback, 1:1’s, and professional / personal development plans.

Omni Retail Business Development & Growth

Drive revenue and share growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities inclusive of categories, customers, and incremental placement.

Lead product line reviews and implement promotional campaigns to gain new product listings, achieve all sales targets and remain within budget.

Education, Experience, & Competencies:

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent experience.

Must have 5+ years’ experience in the home goods industry with both in-store and online sales responsibilities.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and profit goals with at least one of the named accounts.

Strong ability to communicate with all levels within and outside the organization.

Act with urgency to make the most of the opportunities and accomplish goals and objectives of business.

Develop expertise in all Kraus products.

Relish the opportunity to pick up new activities that fall broadly in the purpose of the role.

Identify problems, root causes, and determine solutions.

Demonstrate the ability to penetrate the appropriate customer, customer team, and internal functions to achieve maximum results on sales objectives.

Well developed conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

P&L proficiency and ability to optimize return on investment – ability to determine short and longer term sustainable outcomes rooted in analysis. Ability to provide insights to POS trends within account base.

Able to travel domestically ~40% to customers, trade shows, & company meetings (DFC & Kraus).

Hiring Range: $118,300.00 - $185,900.00
