The Director, Network & Voice Services is responsible for the strategic planning, development, and management of the company's network and voice communication systems. This role ensures the reliability, performance, and security of all network and voice services, including data centers, telephony systems, and related infrastructure. The Director will lead a team of network engineers, voice specialists, and support staff to deliver high-quality and cost-effective services across multiple business segments. 

Position Responsibilities:Develop and implement the strategic vision for network and voice services for the enterprise.Ensure alignment of network and voice strategies with overall business objectives. Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance service delivery. Deploy automation capabilities to eliminate manual tasks and human error.  Communicate effectively with executive leadership and stakeholders regarding service performance and initiatives. Collaborate with other IT leaders and business units to understand and meet their network and voice needs.Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of SD-WAN, LAN, and wireless networks. Ensure network reliability, performance, and security. Manage network capacity planning and scalability.Implement and enforce network and voice security policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular security assessments and audits.Develop and manage the budget for network and voice services. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of network and voice professionals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Performs other related duties as assigned.
