Director, ISC Program Management
As a Director of Program Management, you will drive the success of Mergers & Acquisitions for ISC, including due diligence of potential acquisitions, integrations of completed acquisitions as well as separations. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Corporate M&A team as well as the ISC SBG teams to develop strategies and execution plans for day-to-day management and completion of M&A projects. You will be responsible for the management of several concurrent cross-enterprise M&A projects, leveraging strong leadership and organizational skills. In this highly visible position, you will provide executive updates at senior levels across the organization. You will report directly to our ISC M&A Leader and can work out of any U.S. Honeywell Hub location (Charlotte, Atlanta, Houston, or Phoenix) on a hybrid 3+ work schedule. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES + Responsible for conducting ISC due diligence for potential mergers and acquisitions + Responsible for planning and driving integrations including ensuring a successful day-1 go-live, co-leading Phases I and II of the integration and realization of committed benefits (TVA), representing the ISC function as a key member of the Integration Management Office (IMO) + Responsible for planning and driving separations including ensuring a successful day-1 go-live, representing the ISC function as a key member of the Separation Management Office (SMO) + Coordination across multiple teams, both CORP functional and Business, globally U.S. CITIZEN REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S. YOU MUST HAVE + 8 years of related experience + Excellent verbal & written communication skills + Excellent project management skills + Demonstrated success in leading multiple high-impact / high-visibility projects across cross-functional groups + Strong understanding of ISC systems, processes, and practices WE VALUE + Bachelor’s Degree + Six Sigma, DFSS, or Lean certification a plus + Ability to build consensus across multiple organizations and all levels of the enterprise + Self-directed & motivated with a bias for action + Ability to work in ambiguous situations and make decisions with limited information + Experience identifying, refining, and implementing business requirements + Capable of independently leading multiple projects simultaneously + Ability to handle multiple/priorities with minimal supervision under challenging conditions + Ability to travel 3 times per quarter (Domestic) ABOUT HONEYWELL Honeywell International Inc.
