The HCM and Time Management Implementation director is responsible for leading the implementation of human resources and time management solutions within the organization. He/she works closely with internal teams and customers to ensure successful, efficient implementation in line with the company's strategic objectives.
Main responsibilities :
Implementation Project Management:
- Coordinate, plan and supervise the implementation of HCM and time management solutions, defining objectives, deadlines and associated budgets.
-Define, maintain, and evolve the implementation process as well as customer support in collaboration with Product teams, operational teams, as well as development teams.
Team and Collaboration:
-Lead and supervise a team dedicated to implementation and technical support.
-Define, implement and monitor operational objectives for implementation and customer support.
Monitoring and Evaluation:
-Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of implementation and customer support.
-Ensure accountability with all parties involved on project progress and user satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement:
-Identify opportunities for improvement in implementation and time management processes to optimize operational efficiency.
-Keep abreast of industry trends and developments in HCM and time management.
-Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
-Significant experience (5 years or more) in a similar role, preferably in human resources management or HCM solutions.
-Proven project management and team leadership experience.
-Customer focus
-Excellent organizational skills
-Demonstrate rigor, autonomy and initiative.
-Be a good team player and comfortable in a constantly changing environment.
-Excellent writing and communication skills
-Fluency in French and English
Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
