Overview
The Business Technology Director, Identity & Access Management is a highly strategic and influential leader responsible for overseeing Bunge's IAM program. This role prioritizes establishing and maintaining a robust IAM framework that ensures appropriate access controls, user lifecycle management, and compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Responsibilities include leading teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and staying abreast of evolving IAM technologies and best practices.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred 10+ years of experience in IAM or a related area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience Extensive knowledge of IAM principles, frameworks, and best practices. Strong understanding of IAM technologies and solutions (e.g., identity governance, access management, privileged access management). Familiarity with relevant IAM regulations and industry standards (e.g., PCI DSS, HIPAA). Use knowledge of Bunge’s business, structure and strategy to develop innovative solutions to improve results or eliminate problems. Build partnerships, appropriately influence to gain commitment, foster talent and coach others to grow in current or future roles..
