Director, Global Supply Chain Operations
**Summary:** The Director of Global Supply Chain Operations will be responsible for the global manufacturing across all supplier segments, manufacturing models, and product spaces for Meta Infrastructure. Span of support for this leadership role will include ramp-to-scale manufacturing, ongoing manufacturing hardware infrastructure buildout, managing the global supply of our component and subassembly relationships, as well as process, tooling, and other improvement projects designed to improve productivity. **Required Skills:** Director, Global Supply Chain Operations Responsibilities: 1. Lead, develop, and grow global manufacturing teams. 2. Develop an organizational vision for the future of supply chain operations at Meta. Design, develop, and implement a commercial and operational learning and development roadmap for the team. 3. Ensure the timely delivery of storage, compute, network, and data center hardware to our worldwide network of Data Center, Network Caching, and Backbone points of consumption. 4. Develop OEM, ODM, JDM, and CM manufacturing strategies that address the unique needs of supply chain and manufacturing at hyperscale. 5. Lead the pilot and mass production launch of custom new hardware SKU’s. 6. Partner with quality engineering teams to ensure world class levels of hardware quality both at the component and system level. 7. Partner with transformation teams to design, develop and deploy elastic supply chain models that ensure we are insulated from a variety of risks. 8. Work across product, software, and other cross functional teams to co-develop a world class, integrated technology architecture and deliver tools, systems and processes to decrease work friction and improve team member productivity. **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 9. Proven experience to deliver operational significance in demanding environments. Outsourcing and manufacturing operations experience for hardware products, to include an understanding of factory and manufacturing systems and tools. Demonstrated manufacturing knowledge in multiple manufacturing models. 10. Hands-on experience in NPI launches, product ramp, sustaining support, and end-of-life cycle for hardware products in a large-scale environment. 11. Proven leader that can set vision and execute reliably. Demonstrated experience in hiring, training, and developing source and supply chain teams. Track record of identifying, developing and promoting great talent. 12. Experience in cross functional partnering skills and enabling the success of others. 13. Experience to transform business systems and models with proven results relative to goals.
