What is the Director, FinTech Partnership and Program Management responsible for?

Franklin Strategic Ventures is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Director, FinTech Partnership and Program Management. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with universities, corporates, and other strategic partners for the Silicon Valley and Singapore fintech programs. Your primary focus will be on program and partnerships management, fostering collaboration, and creating opportunities for growth within the fintech industry.  If you are passionate about driving innovation, fostering partnerships, and supporting the growth of fintech startups, we invite you to apply for the position. What are the ongoing responsibilities of a Director, FinTech Partnership and Program Management?

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the global fintech programs and attract top talent and startups.

Oversee the execution of the incubator programs, including curriculum development, mentorship, and networking opportunities.

Organize and coordinate events, workshops, and networking sessions to support the growth and success of program participants.

Manage, facilitate and follow-up on monthly startup check in to track progress and provide support as needed.

Collaborate and foster relationship management with startups and internal business partners to ensure alignment and maximize opportunities to technology adoption. 

Cultivate and maintain partnerships with universities to enhance collaboration and access to resources for talent, fintech startups, capstone projects, and administration of AI and blockchain contests.   

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

5-8 years of project management, program management or business management experience.

Proven experience in marketing, program management, and partnership development within the fintech or startup ecosystem.

Exceptionally strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Self-starter and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Knowledge of the fintech industry trends and emerging technologies.

Have a strong startup and venture network with hands on experience managing incubators/accelerators programs.

Franklin Templeton offers employees a competitive and valuable range of total rewards—monetary and non-monetary—designed to support the whole person and to recognize their time, talents, and results. Along with base compensation, other compensation is offered such as a discretionary bonus, 401k plan, health insurance, and other perks. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Franklin Templeton, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation. We expect the salary for this position to range between $148,000.00 - $174,000.00.
